I made this little mod to give a little variety to my games. The AI will use any of the unique techs they find that fit into their normal research and design files. I also have added more planets that provide tech level advances, you could tell how many techs you would get by the planet description. 

Some warnings:
Some techs are much better than others and you may feel they unbalance the game. Feedback on specifics is welcome. 
Certain combinations of techs can make for very powerful races. Depending on who finds what you could create a monster. 
I haven't tested every possible combination so beware. 
This mod increases the number of unique ruins so try not to "ruin" hunt. Give the AI a chance and you may get a suprise or two. 

The mod includes 10 files plus the readme. 
5 are the only the items I added. These can be cut and pasted into the proper file if you are using a mod.
5 are complete files that can be substituted directly into your data folder. Back up your originals!! The complete component file is based on TampaGamer's component file for his sound mod. If you don't have it installed some sounds may not play properly. If you don't have it, get it. It's great.
The added techs are listed at the top of unique tech file with the corresponding unique tech number in case you want to remove/add some things.

Sorry about the lack of original names. I'm not real good at that kind of stuff. Thanks to all the forum posters for the suggestions on the Religious names.
